Who is eligible

• Property investors: one or more properties in the UAE worth at least AED 2 million. Off-plan property from approved developers can qualify.
• Investors: a deposit of AED 2 million in an accredited UAE investment fund, or a company with capital of at least AED 2 million.
• Skilled professionals: a valid UAE employment contract, a monthly salary of at least AED 30,000 and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Entrepreneurs: owners of a project worth at least AED 500,000, or a start-up approved by an accredited business incubator.
• Specialised talent: doctors, scientists, inventors, executives, athletes and creative professionals, with approval from the relevant authority.
• Outstanding students and graduates: top-scoring school students and graduates of leading universities with a high GPA.
• Humanitarian pioneers and frontline workers: by nomination from the relevant UAE authority.

Documents usually required

• Passport copy, valid for at least six months, and a passport photo.
• Current UAE visa and Emirates ID, if you already live in the UAE.
• Proof for your category: title deed, salary certificate and labour contract, attested degree and equivalency, or trade licence.
• Medical fitness test and UAE health insurance.
